Meet The Staff

Our staff members provide a warm welcoming environment for our patients. All of our staff members are required to become certified paraoptometrics, indicating they have had additional training and study and have passed a national examination given by the American Optometric Association. They have a commitment of excellence to you and to our staff. They work in a team oriented atmosphere to create an enjoyable experience for our patients. We are proud of our staff and appreciate what an asset they are to our practice.

Anna

September 2013 - Present
Technician/Dr. David and Dr. Tracy
Anna performs preliminary and special testing on our patients. She is skilled in contact lens care and teaches insertion/removal training classes for first time contact lens wearers. She also assists when needed on minor procedures, instillation and instruction of medication, and pre and post operative surgical care.

Delana

August 2009 - Present, CPO

Office Manager / Administration 
Delana is extremely skilled in personal relations and business administration. She is responsible for the internal coordination of staff, doctors and patients, and the overall function of the office. She is a liaison for the patients and for the staff to the doctors. She is responsible for devising protocol for procedure and maintaining and upholding the level of excellence that is expected in our office. She is also responsible for insurance filing and reconciliation and accounts receivable.
 

Heather

Administration 
Heather provides administrative support assisting with patient scheduling, insurance verification, and ease of transition between the administrative staff and technical staff. She is skilled in public relations and assists with checkout and billing.

Jenna

Optician

Jenna performs preliminary and special testing on our patients. She is skilled in contact lens care and teaches insertion/removal training classes for first time contact lens wearers. Jenna also has years of experience in the optical industry. She assists patients with frame selections and choosing the appropriate lens options for their individual prescription and needs. She takes appropriate measurements and assists with the ordering and receiving of eyewear and with adjusting and fitting of eyewear for patients. Jenna also assists with insurance transactions for the practice.

Kathie

Administration 
Kathie provides administrative support assisting with patient scheduling, insurance verification, and ease of transition between the administrative staff and technical staff. She is skilled in public relations and provides a welcoming environment for our patients.

Kara

Optician

Kara is responsible responsible for assisting patients with frame selections, adjusting and properly fitting eyewear, and choosing the appropriate lens options for the patient's individual prescription and needs. She takes appropriate measurements and is responsible for the ordering and receiving of eyewear and optical goods. She also utilizes laboratory technology that allows her to create some eyewear orders onsite.


Kim
